Bayberry Place Apartments

Not a resident yet, but we stopped by to inquire about their apartments. Ashley was absolutely outstanding taking the time to show us several units and letting us know all the details up front, we went to another complex before visiting here and the experience was just terrible. Ashley flipped my attitude in about 2 seconds of meeting her with how friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable she was. Thank you for taking the time to show my husband and I around your complex, 10/10 would recommend 🙂

Bayberry has been a beautiful and safe place to live at. Over the last year - year and a half - Bayberry has gotten new management. Some would say that management is: too picky, too uptight, too strict, and that they are out to get their current residents and screw them over....I am here to tell you that couldn't be farther from the truth. Yes, the new management is strict, but they are also setting a standard for their residents and the community. When you live at Bayberry you are not only paying for the space lent to you by the landlord, but also the type of community, the safety of the community, the schools, the close proximity of food and other resources, the type of neighbors you have, and the quality of work that maintenance and the leasing agents provide. As new residents, my boyfriend and I have had an overall great move in experience! Nasha, has been more than helpful and has shown to be just as excited for us to move in as we are! My boyfriend and I walked into Bayberry Place just asking for info on the availability a month or so ago and we were greeted with bright smiley faces, Nasha provided us an immediate tour even though the leasing office was about to close, and overall great communication and information. I absolutely loved how easy it was to go through the application and leasing process, Nasha made everything go so smoothly and stress free. As my boyfriend and I have had some unfortunate experiences through rentals recently it was truly a breath of fresh air for us to find this place. I look forward to the rest of our experience

I first became accommodated with the manager Ashly at her other community she manages & I was then introduced to Bayberry Place community & Nasha, when she requested I make a couple decorative items for Bayberry. I really enjoy working with them! This is another beautiful property , very clean, staff is very respectful and helpful to me. I had a great experience with the staff.
