Talon Woods by Olthof Homes

Olthof is more of a bait and switch type company touting about “Exceeding Expectations” the only thing they exceeded was my faith in there ability to handle simple tasks. 1. Drain clogged raw sewage in house first 24hours. 2. Non insulated vents in ceiling causing no joke a waterfall. 3. Taking 3 months and 6 threats to have harmful mold treated due to there complacent gross negligence. 4. Boldly lying and not fulfilling promises that even there upper management promises. I’m not a picky person I have been in residential and commercial construction my whole life, but if your thinking about working with Olthof DON’T!!!!! Save yourself the anguish there is not one house on my street they have not had to come back and fix multiple issues.

We have owned our Olthof home for two months now and are thoroughly impressed with our experience. We initially chose this neighborhood because of its prime location in Brownsburg but working with such a phenomenal company has likely ruined us for any other future experience. Tyler and the entire team have been attentive, patient, and above-and-beyond helpful throughout the entire process and have continued to be even after move-in. The home itself has been a dream to settle into. Every fixture and finish is high quality and we feel so lucky to grow our family in this! beautiful house. We cannot recommend Olthof and Talon Woods. enough! Looking forward to meeting our neighbors and seeing how this community grows!

I was one of the first buyers in this new neighborhood and had a smooth building, buying and moving in process. They kept me updated every week with construction updates and I felt part of the process. Once it was time to move in, they were thorough helpful and available. What I really appreciate about them now is they still around if I have questions about things. For instance, I was having a leak issue with my washer and dryer which I think was caused from the roof. They were responsive and started looking to the problem right away. I also had an issue with my garage door and ended up having to pay an emergency person to come fix it… they reimbursed me for that expense. They keep you on task with inspections. What a great experience we have had transitioning from a larger home to our beautiful new townhome in Talon Woods! Tyler & the entire team were fantastic from start to finish. Every question or concern was answered quickly. The construction team went above and beyond (and continue to do so as we questions). We look forward to watching the community grow and are very happy to be a part of it.

Tyler, in the sales office, was amazing to work with from day one. Answered all of our questions(and we had a ton).and walked us through the entire process. The construction guys were super helpful, professional and extremely friendly to work with. We love our new townhome. And we cannot be happier with our decision to go with to go with Olthof.
