Legacy Park Apartments

Great place to live! Such a beautiful community and love the resident events. Britney the manager is always so helpful when I need something. Maintenance are quick and efficient. We love it here!

Quality of tenants and staff are not equivalent of a place that charges almost $2000 a month in rent. The apartments are beautiful but I couldn’t sit on my patio without smelling weed. The front desk girls are so nice but there seems so be such high turnover that they just learn what’s going on then leave. Bill with maintenance is a 10/10 though.

I lived here for a year and had a positive experience! Renovations were great. They were always responsive if we had any issues, and it was a quiet community. All of the rooms were spacious and worth the price (which can be hard to find in an apartment). Only reason we moved out was because we bought a house. Highly recommend if you are moving to the brownsburg/avon area!!

We have nothing but praise for our experience at Legacy. Starting with the outstanding office staff like Kim who handle our showing and the paperwork. We moved from our home of 21 years to a 2 bedroom apartment and we had wants and wishes and the girls handle them all. I was surprised with their friendliness and expediency in all they did since it has been 50 years since the last time I lived in an apartment and everything is a lot different, and that is because of the excellent people that work here. I especially want give high praise to Kim and all she has done.
