Excellent community, great builder (Pulte), and a wonderful experience throughout the buying process. The views and the surrounding nature are stunning. Although the community is still under development, it already shows great promise and, once completed, will look amazing. The neighborhood feels welcoming and safe, and the planned amenities are impressive. I am truly excited to see how everything comes together.

Excellent home building experience with Pulte. The location is awesome. Some of the best views in Oro Valley. The house is built very energy efficient compared with other homes I have owned. Paul Heese was great to work with along with Drew in the service department who took care of the one year follow up of the home. Also, great warranty on roof, electrical and mechanicals.

Beautiful floor plan and lot. New build went according to schedule. We also had ADA compliant shower & low threshold entrys and wider doorways, etc. We had an outstanding construction manager who was and still is always available for us even during our move in process. We are completely satisfied!

We have been here a year already! Wonderful neighborhood with friendly residents and courteous workers. Great value and location. Nice mix of all age groups and ethnicities. Can't beat the views of the Catalinas!
