Saddle Ridge Apartments

Management team is great. I lived in a one bedroom apartment when I first moved in and it was affordable because it was not updated, But everything still worked, and it was a good deal for the area. The one major issue I had was with the water heater failing because it was nearly 40 years old. It leaked and got water all over the items I had On the floor in my closet, which is where the water heater was located. They ended up having to cut out drywall and replace it in the back of the closet to make sure there would be no lingering mold issue. I would advise, checking the age of the water heater, and If it is more than 30 years old, asking if they can replace it so you don’t have the same problem I did. I used to live in this community and moved out because we bought our first home , but I wanted to share how great our experience was while living here. We lived here for several years and always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The property is consistently clean and well maintained, and any time we needed anything, management handled it quickly and professionally. We actually recently came back again to take a tour for my daughter so she could see how independent living might look for her next chapter, and the staff was just as warm and welcoming as always. The unit we toured was spotless, updated, and exactly what we would hope for in a first place. It felt familiar in the best way. DO NOT MOVE HERE.. I've never seen such poor management at any apartment complex I've ever lived. Signs of water damage and mold are covered with a fresh coat of popcorn ceiling all to move in more hardworking tenants who will get sick. Very difficult to prove as a tenant despite admission to water damage from management which they downplay as safe but seeing multiple neighbors go through everything, I really felt bad for them. Pool and hot tubs are constantly closed with no update from management so tenants who may not use them don't realize it's closed. Weight room was left open overnight upon moving in, weights were stolen and then had to wait 1 month for their insurance claim to be filed, leaving me out of a gym. Absolutely loved these apartments! The staff is always nice and quick to answer questions. Receiving packages in the delivery boxes at the front office is super easy. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of these apartments is great, it’s walking distance from a neighborhood Walmart and shopping plazas.

Last week, I helped my daughter rent an apartment here, and so far the process has been 5 Star! Jarren in the leasing office went beyond the call of duty to get her in quickly; Jessica, the manager, was super helpful, and the maintenance staff got everything all set in the new apartment quickly. Thank you to all involved in making this happen. I know my daughter is in good hands.
