I toured the property and some units with Evelyn who was so thorough and friendly! She was transparent about pricing and the possibility of it fluctuating at the end of the lease. The property itself is tucked into area making it feel safe and the views of the Catalina mountains are gorgeous!

My husband and I lived here a little over 2 years. We would highly recommend living here! The office staff are phenomenal. Maintenance team members are timely and personable. Area feels extremely safe. Neighbors were all courteous and respectful. Pools and hot tub were nice and well-maintained. Location is convenient for walking, biking, and shopping.

Warm and friendly atmosphere at leasing office. Beautiful grounds and well maintained buildings. Looked at several units and was impressed by the quality and clean look and feel. Will move forward with renting here.

Was my first time visiting the property for a possible rental. My interest was a 2 bedroom appartment, I found the plot plan being rather functional, kitchen and bathrooms in good conditions. Overall pleasant feeling of the outdoor area. Will definitely have this option in mind when taking a final decision on what place to select. Chase at the front office was great at explaining all of the nuances about the application process, all of my questions during the viewing were addressed. Additional information was promptly and efficiently provided via email after the visit.
