Villas at San Dorado

My wife and I lived here for 2+ years. Overall, it was a really great place to live. The views are incredible and it was always kept clean. Management also left you alone for the most part - Kayleigh and Lauren were always super nice and helpful to work with. We only left because we bought a house. If you get an apartment facing the pool just expect there to be noise. The only cons are that some people living here don’t understand the concept of apartment living, can be quite entitled, and like to complain about everything. Great place to live!

We moved in 3 months ago and love living here. We have a 2nd floor, 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 5 plus a golden retriever. We face east and the Mountain View is beautiful. (West facing might get very hot!) We love the pool and landscaping and workout room. We don’t need an extra gym membership because of the amenities here. We also love the water refill station and refreshments at the front office. Most neighbors have been great and kind but a few people who are nosy, don’t seem to like kids, and give you unasked for advice. I love how welcoming the place is for children and dogs. It’s a little pricey with everything added in but we’re happy here until we can find a house. Oh, and the location is fantastic. Very safe area. 1 mile from Catalina SP. Walking distance to restaur

I love living at Villas at San Dorado! Moving to a new state without being able to see the area first is frustrating, but we were instantly welcomed by the staff when we moved here. The community is always kept very clean, amenities are always taken care of, and management is consistently professional. It is a gated community and is very safe. Neighbors are very kind and friendly. Very glad to be living here!

I have been living at The Villas at San Dorado for 6 years and I am as grateful for this community now as I was when I moved in. The resort-style living brings calm to my hectic life and the amenities foster community. Lastly, the staff makes me feel appreciated by addressing me by name and also by hosting fun events on the property. I lived at the Villas at San Dorado for a wonderful two years and just moved out to move for work. The complex is beautifully maintained and the apartments are luxurious. The kitchen is top tier and spacious, it is a very quiet community, and the amenities are next level. It felt like living in a private resort! But what really made it stand out was the team there. Everything from planning fun community events, to maintenance requests, to helping with my move out the team has been incredible. Special thank you to Lauren and Katie!
