Working with Raquel at the apartment complex has been a joy! From the start, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Her responsiveness and genuine care really stood out, and it’s clear she takes pride in providing great service. It’s been 4 months here, and I absolutely love living here—from the gym to the dog park to the pool.

Jennifer Berrios is an amazing property manager who’s very attentive, listens and resolves your issues as quickly as possible. Patty who works at the front is a delight and an amazing person overall. The gym is brand new with professional lifting equipment. The pool is beautiful with the cabanas and you always get great sunlight there! I was on the 6th floor and had the best view. I would honestly keep my lease if I could but unfortunately I moved out of the city. I’ve never had such an amazing apartment experience with amazing staff who takes the time to learn your name and always greets you with a smile! P.S The Halloween party was a blast and my nephews had an amazing time! I wish I could rate this complex 10/10.

Our unit is very lovely, and maintenance have always been on top of every issue immediately. The staff have been the most friendly and helpful whenever we have a question/issue, especially Patricia who is the sweetest every single time. I also love that they have 3 weeks of special events for the residents every month.

Patricia was just as incredible, always keeping me updated and making the entire move-in process smooth and easy. The entire team here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and taken care of. You can tell they really care about the community and it shows in everything they do. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!
