La Joya Apartments

This place sucks especially the first of the Month when the rent is due. You walk to the Office 10-20 times before it open or you see a sign on it.. Office closed. Will open at a time.. Time come no one is there terrible service. But I want tell them say I am not paying no late fee for rent if they are not at the Office. They need another option to pay the rent 😈

This place is a joke and its honesty funny this place is nothing personal against anybody specifically, they just here to scam everybody you WILL get scammed here lol also move in if you don't want to park your car bc they don't even give one space per apartment and tell you to park on the curb just for them to tow you they won't add new spaces but happy to tow you and your neighbors to open up a few spots at 4am for it to get overflown with cars the next day by 9 pm but the facade of a nice beautiful apartment is cool ig

I'm not one to leave a review let alone a bad one but this place is just terrible. After calling many times in a row they finally answered and told me they would email me information the next day. I never recieved anything and I've been calling for WEEKS to find out information about this place for my grandparents and no one picks up. When someone finally picked up she said hello and immediately hung up on me. Forget about this place and read the ALL the horible reviews before you actually waste your money on this place. You lost a potential customer with your horrible customer service.

I was on live on tiktok this morning and your employee charlene webb thought it appropriate to to bully me saying "are you trying to look like this" and "you make yourself up to look cheap" I have over 300.000 followers on this app and having a very jealous, spiteful member of staff that discrimates people purely on their aesthetic. I don't this this bodes well for your business. I've screenshots of these comments and I'd very much like to talk to her supervisor

Want to check the place out is very beautiful but the old parts nice someone who is more than accomplish in the issues of the apartments is someone also who speaks English and a certified plumber the know their job because I hear a lot of tenants telling all the the things that they do not do that doesn't Make It Bun well for future tenants all I can say that this and she wasn't very nice and she's very rude
