Do not believe the 5-star reviews!!! They are all part of the ONX team or realtors profiting from these terrible houses. I've encountered several issues that have been quite disappointing. We purchased an almost half-million-dollar property only to receive poor-quality construction and experience. 1st: They rescheduled our closing date four times because they were trying to close the deal at a higher price, but they couldn't justify the price point as it wasn't realistic for the market in this area. 2nd: I arrived on my move-in date to a disgusting property that had construction debris, garbage from the builders, and urine in the bathrooms. 3rd: The dishwasher was broken and was never fixed or replaced. They suggested I contact the manufacturer for a warranty, but all these appliances

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I am a new tenant at a property recently rented a unit at ONX “Granville”, and I cannot begin to express how disappointing and negligent this process has been. Just one day after moving in, we experienced a major sewage overflow in the first-floor shower. Raw wastewater backing up into a living space is not only disgusting it’s a serious health hazard. Note: This is brand new construction, I have no idea how this unit passed inspection. We are the first tenants living in this unit to be specific and that was one of the reasons we chose this rental.
