The Landings At Coral Town Park

I stayed at this place for a year and I was left with bad experiences, from the theft of my goods, little to no parking and them overcharging me for move out fees! The contract states certain move out fees but then they overcharged me, and when I asked for the regional managers email, and the corporate office phone number they repeatedly told me that they do not have to give it to me! Also I ordered some household goods from Wayfair and even though I had a ring camera they were stolen. When I spoke to the management office on what to do for later purchases they told me to get a camera( which I already had) and that there is nothing they can do, that porch pirates come there often. Even the police officer told me to be careful of the area. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I recently applied for an apartment, and I was approved within days. The process was excellent, and Claudia was with another gentleman, which I apologize for because I can't remember his name was extremely professional and courteous. During my process, it was passed office hours, and they were generous to allow me to complete all necessary documents. I would like to thank them for everything and for giving me a new home.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of a young lady name Jazmin. She answered all my questions, she was patient with me since I am elderly. Jazmin was kind, friendly and I enjoyed talking with her. Your company is blessed to have someone like her working for you.
