Magnolia Landing Apartments

I’ve been coming here for 3 years when I visit my (at the time boyfriend) now fiancé and the neighborhood is very peaceful. It’s a very scenic neighborhood surrounded by palm trees, and other communities. We walk around the complex a lot or go for our routine workouts sometimes. Thinking about moving here this year. Love it!

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! The worst place to live . It’s ran like a concentration camp! Want to over change on rent when the inside hasn’t been updated since it was built! All they care about is making the outside look good while the inside looks like you’ve been there since the early 2000s . The water pressure is so low u can’t even brush your teeth or wash your hands in your sink. Under the kitchen sink is always leaking and the fridge makes a lot of noise! They have “Security” yet someone was able to get to my car and flat all 4 of my tires while security was there . If you can stand it . Move somewhere else .. this isn’t somewhere to call “home” I was beyond excited when I moved from over there

The pro about this place is it's quiet for the most part(depending on who your neighbors are). The maintenance team; they come as soon as you call with a problem and Their very helpful. The cons about this place is the water pressure is very low. The water barely comes out of the faucet. The parking lot gate is always broken which makes parking a hassle for those with a parking lot decal. In addition, the staff is in your home more than you are. Monthly Pest control is understandable; but office staff does quarterly inspections.. then someone from the city comes to do quarterly inspections ..Then they come in quarterly to check smoke alarms..then they come in to check water fire sprinklers quarterly.. its annoying and excessive. Why not just do all of that in one day, during the inspection

Beautiful apartments, very confortables and absolutely amazing service I stayed there on business and I'm planning to go back for a longer stay. Thank you so much for a great service Specially to Hugo Gonzalez who went beyond to meet my needs.

I have been living here since March of 2013... The staff are great... Maria is a Sweetheart!!!... They always make you feel welcomed... If anything is broken or etc in your apartment the maintenance crew come out and fix it the same day... I love the set up of my place it's a 2 story 2/2 townhouse apartment... Sadly I'll be moving within the next 2 weeks... I really don't want to... The only bad thing about these apartments is how thin the walls are... I have neighbors from hell and I actually think they do things on purpose... They beat on the walls... Slam cabinets... Slam their front door... Yell... Run thru their apartment... Drag furniture all day it's horrible... And to make matters worse everyday it's a new family member living in their I can't even tell you who actually stays there
