Vista Springs Apartments

I lived in these apartments knowing my family and I would only be there short-term, but the experience was far from good. 1. Washer & Dryer When we moved in on 2/15/25, there was no washer and dryer even though it was included in the lease. We were told it was “on backorder” and would arrive the following week, but that stretched out until 3/10/25. Instead of a new unit, we received a “new/used” set. During that time, we had to pay to use laundromats for something we were already paying for. 2. AC/Heating System Our unit required someone to physically come switch the system between heat and cooling. I hate posting bad reviews, but I feel like this was definitely needed. I’ve been browsing around looking for apartments And I came across Vista Springs. Yesterday I called in the morning, asking about pricing and Mayra Informed me that they had two units available one for downstairs and one for upstairs. I let her know I was interested in the downstairs one, especially because the move-in date was going to be November 26 which was when my current lease was going to be expiring anyway. I did ask her how does the application process work because they don’t have a website and she let me know I can go in person to do it or they can send over the application or I can FedEx it overnight… I had to let her know that I was going to be leaving work early and I will come in person to do it. I am not one to typically post reviews but I know how helpful they can be when apartment hunting so here is my review of Vista Springs: I personally love the apartment complex itself. The appliances in my unit were new, there is hardwood flooring all throughout, and the pantry is so nice to have. However, the main problem I have living here are the recent car break-ins. I have lived here for about 2 years and I had no significant issues until recently. Starting around May of this year, there have been car break-ins happening very frequently in the area (someone got their car broken into twice in a span of 3-4 weeks). Possibily one of thee worst apartments to live at , hardly anything stays fixed there have been constant issues with our water not getting hot then magically being hot another day gates around the places never close as most of the time they are broken I feel super safe ! Also the service is so iffy ive heard way worse complimants from other tenants iam friends with and it just feels like they do the bare minimum just for another problem to arise down the line paying 2400$ for medicore customer service/care , dont even get me started on our heating / AC issues as a HVAC technician the lack of care or awareness is insane Only pros that i can say are that they allow animals

the apartment is quick to be on everyone about no late rent but is late to pay the trash and has the apartments looking like this going on 3 weeks i can’t even open the window without the smell of trash .
