Linda is an excellent Realtor, who goes above and beyond. From the start with an immediate appt presenting the most professional Comparative Market Analysis; great communication throughout listing, open houses, views, the offers, and sale thru close. She is very personable as well as very professional. It was a great bonus that she has an extensive background in Escrow; so she knew to stay on top of all that was needed throughout that process. Linda is an honest and hard-working agent. I'm a Realtor that represented a buyer for one of Linda's listings, and she is very experienced and follows timelines to the tee which is important so there is no confusion on contract dates. I think that's essential if your either a buyer or seller. She is excellent with her communication, always was in communication via text or phone, and I think when there is person that communicates well like that especially during a real estate transaction, the escrow process goes much smoother. She is very personable, and will go above and beyond out of normal duties to assist people. I can tell she does that for clients and I'm not surprised why she's always getting listings in the area.
