Villa Camille Apartments

Villa Camille has been my home for the last 5 years. I loved living here for a number of reasons. Christian, the manger is an amazing person. He has always been very professional and polite. Whenever I had an issue he would resolve it and do the right thing. A really nice person that always made me feel welcome and appreciated as a member of the community. The maintenance person was also very nice and he would always fix whatever problem needed to be fixed. The apartments are nice with wooden floors, washer, dryer, water and trash paid for by the apartments. I lived on the bottom floor and it had a little yard that I loved. These apartments are overall amazing, they’re very beautiful. I love all the included appliances especially the washer & dryer, very convenient for a mother of two smaller kids. very quiet, the walls here are amazing! I don’t hear my neighbors nor can they hear us which is so convenient for a parent or caregiver to a child with ASD. I always worry my child might be too loud but definitely a relief the walls here are good & not an issue for my neighbors. So far my neighbors here are all very friendly. love how these apartments stay up to fumigating & any necessary maintenance to keep the community nice & safe. But most of all the manager, Christian Williams is one of the best mangers which I feel is so rare. he is honest, very polite, very professional & overall helpful not to Mention great

I've lived here for almost 5 years and this is a great place to live overall. The manager is very prompt when responding to phone calls and emails and the handyman handles repairs in a timely manner. This is also one of the rare places to rent that includes a washer and dryer, has stainless steel appliances, and does not charge you for water or trash utilities. The only reason that I moved out was because of my upstairs neighbors. This complex community houses a lot of families, so it is very common for people here to have younger children. I lived on the first floor and my upstairs neighbor had a younger child that would constantly throw toys and trash over into my unit's patio area. I lived at Villa Camille for over 6 years and I LOVED it. The two bedroom was perfect and spacious also I enjoyed having the washer and dryer inside. The manager Cristian was great he was always polite and available. Steve, the maintenance man, was the best if I need any help with the apartment he was always willing to go out of his way to help. And it did not matter the day of the week. They made a great team. I highly recommend these apartments.

This is one of the best apartments we have lived in. This apartment complex was always kept clean, and we never had any issues. My husband and I lived here for 2 years! When we requested for things to be fixed in the apartment it was done in a timely manner. The maintenance man Steve was always very professional, and kind when completing maintence orders on our apartment. The Property Manager Christian is one of a kind. One of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is very understanding, but also very fair. Christian walks around the complex to assure everything is good, and does it with a smile. Christian is also very easy to get a hold of by phone. Overall this is a great place to live! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
