I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff truly goes above and beyond. Luis, the maintenance supervisor always thorough, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the job is done right. And Jennifer always replies to emails quickly, stays on top of everything, and always brings a positive attitude that makes communication easy and pleasant. Overall, I really appreciate the team here. Their professionalism and friendliness make this a great place to live.

My Overlook experience has been exceptional I am truly going to miss being here. Today, is a bittersweet day I am moving but not because I’m not happy here. The Overlook always went above and beyond through my entire stay here. I am truly going to miss my apartment, the entire staff and my pool view. This staff not only became my go to for anything I needed but they became like family. I thank them so much for everything they did for me. It’s a pretty nice place to live. I like my apartment, and the management is super nice. I’ve had a couple of issues with broken dishwasher and the like which is pretty much always going to be a thing at any apartment in my experience. Every time I call to have it fixed, they pick up and are really nice and it’s usually fixed the same day or next day. Pretty happy about that. Jennifer in the leasing office is very nice and gets things done.

I had a very good experience living here. The staff was always very kind, professional, and attentive, providing timely follow-up whenever something was needed. The community is very quiet, pleasant, and beautiful, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to live. I would definitely recommend it.
