Save your money and live elsewhere these folks have been constantly surveillancing me and emailing me over some of the most ticky tack stuff and threatening me with charges. It has been so stressful living here and they have a serious ant problem. The staff is angry and passive aggressive towards me. Being threatened constantly to terminate my lease and charge me more over something that isn’t true. I live in an upstairs apartment and my dog is a fox hound who’s friendly, with that being said, I let him outside into the quad to urinate but this time he ended up doing #2 which surprised me cause we only do that outside the gates. We lived here for a year and 8 months, and we really enjoyed our stay. Management does a very good job of keeping this community clean and safe. It is a gated community with a sizable pool and jacuzzi. We had no issues with management or any other tenants. Management is very professional, helpful, and available. Christina is very kind as is Adina and before her, Rachel. They are all great people. Also, shout out to Guido, who handles maintenance. He is an extremely friendly person who is a hard worker and fixes your issues in a timely manner. However, the community was built about 4 years ago, so you shouldn't have many issues. Overall, a great community and excellent people managing it. I highly recommend it.

Christina was so nice she showed her passion for her job and her residence by waiting for us after hours while we were stuck in 2 hour traffic coming from L.A with the U-haul. She didn’t have to pick up her phone after hours but she did for us, so far my experience at arrive has been somewhat perfect and these homes are spacious and excellent. The gym is brand new and clean which is amazing.

This Apartment Complex has been AMAZING! One of the BEST locations we've lived at. We have been here 4 months and so far everything has been GREAT! We feel safe here and we couldn't be happier! It's been so quiet and peaceful at nighttime and during the day we see people walking their fur babies, and watching all their kiddos play up and down the street with the other kids here. The neighbors are really nice and friendly to talk to. Management and front office ladies are so attentive and are always available if and when you need them! Christina and Rachel have been the biggest help since we arrived. Also the maintenance guy has been very helpful with any little trouble we face and so quick to clear up any minor fixes. Overall WE LOVE IT! It feels so nice to come home everyday after work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time living here from June 2024 to 2025. The front office staff was consistently friendly, and maintenance requests were addressed promptly. However, our move-out experience was deeply disappointing. We were charged a $200 pet cleaning fee, which was presented as being stipulated in our lease. Upon review, the lease language is vague: "When you move out, you’ll pay for necessary defleaing, deodorizing, and shampooing to protect future residents from possible health hazards, regardless of how long the animal was there." Our dog has never had an accident indoors, and we took meticulous care to clean her paws before entering the apartment, especially with a crawling baby at home. We were never informed that we'd be charged a blanket $200 fee for cleaning, regardle
