I truly have nothing bad to say about where I live at right now. The apartments are quiet, the neighbors all keep to them selves for the most part and the manager is wonderful. Susan Mikkelson has been the best manager a person like myself can ask for. From the very first day of entering her office and applying she has helped me and my family in so many ways. I've been living here for a while now, and it's a quiet place with a great neighborhood and excellent service. I want to highlight the quality of the service in particular. When my electricity went out due to trying my new electric grill, I was nervous and went to the office to speak with Susan, the office manager. She was very kind and helpful, immediately calling Jeremy from maintenance. He arrived shortly after and not only fixed the issue but also explained what to do if it happens again in the future. Susan Mikkelson is the best community manager! if I have an issue which is like never she’s kind and attentive and quick to resolve my issues. The Maintenance supervisor Jeremy Qvaney is also great he comes quick and fixes the issue quick! This is a great place to live
