Vista Grove Apartments

I’ve been living here since September of last year. I wanted to express how grateful I am for the maintenance department here because every single time I have called them for something they have fixed the problem without hesitation. Ray came over to my apartment tonight to fix a leak in the ceiling. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to keep my apartment from being flooded. He is the most kindest, nicest, efficient, personable, and friendliest maintenance worker I have ever encountered in my entire rental history. Thank you, Ray for your professional services!! Kudos!! I also want to thank the maintenance crew here at Vista Groves apartment for the way they respond to their job.!!! You guys are the best!!!

Originally I had a much longer review... but it was too long and Google wouldn't let me post...and I struggled for weeks trying to figure out what to do...so I'll post an extremely brief review and attach screenshots of the full thing. We lived in apt 2057 for 2.3 years. Overall, a good experience. No scorpions and only a couple roaches. The staff are all great. Zulema, Josh, and Anna at the front office. Ray, Freddy, and Chuck (I think that was the other guys name) were all wonderful. Nothing negative to say about any of them. The only true downside of our stay was cost got a little high at the end and the maintenance response time was a little long. My wife and I will be going on our 2nd year living at Vista Grove. We love the area, location, and overall nature and beauty of the facility. But a major factor as to why we renewed another year is because of Anna Harriman. Anna is an absolute blessing for every resident here and is just a ray of sunshine upon every encounter. She is very tending to every issue brought to her attention with professionalism and care. By far she is the reason Vista Grove is as wonderful as it is.

We stopped by Vista Grove Apartments today for a quick vendor outreach visit, and I have to say, Anna Harriman was an absolute ray of sunshine. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and positive energy. It’s rare to meet someone who represents their community and team so well. Anna spoke highly of her coworkers and clearly takes pride in her work. As someone who visits a lot of properties in this industry, I can tell you, this kind of attitude stands out. She’s exactly the type of person you want as the first impression of your community. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. We are super excited to be living at Vista Grove! As soon as we met Anna, we were sold. She was such a sweetheart, and everyone we came across during our visit seemed to love her as well. The model apartment was beautiful and we applied right then. Looking forward to a great experience here.
