Vista at Stonecreek by Woodside Homes

I had originally given Woodside a 4 star review but have since retracted my review. I have nothing but great things to say about Woodside. They are one of the few home builders that still care about their clients. The one year warranty is superb and eased all our worries. We love our home and we love the neighborhood! Thank you Woodside!

Nik in particular has always been great to us. Told us he would do things and then actually does them. We haven't many warrantied issues we need resolved but he's been super responsive and timely helping us out. Every other contractor I've interacted with seems to have problems with attention to detail, doing what they say, and communicating with us. Nik has been all of those. Woodside in general has been a pleasant surprise as we've heard horror stories about home builders. Our inspector that toured our home said it best "I'd buy this house"!

Really positive experience building with Woodside. Locked in prices and no bidding. Plus their sales team was really great to work with. We got videos from them all throughout the process and updates each time a new milestone was crossed. Plus once they committed a closing date to us they stayed true to their word with zero delays. I’d say the quality of the build was good. A few things were discovered after closing but their warranty team has been great to work with and resolved all our items promptly. I would build with them again without hesitation.

We bought a Woodside home in 2020. Just now, in 2023, we discovered a problem from the original build. Despite being outside of the initial warranty, Woodside did everything in their power to solve the problem to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with their professionalism and service. Outside of that one problem, we have really enjoyed our Woodside home.

We had a great experience with Woodside. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and kept us well updated on the progress of our house. They hit the finish date we were originally given and the house looks great with only a few minor nicks here and there.
