Not only did we feel that they were trustworthy and straightforward, but they went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to go on the market. Another thing I appreciated: we had met with a lot of other realtors, and they all had a much less conservative approach on what price to list at. Shannan Gurney was my agent! She did amazing and was a very big help. She looked at many homes for me and provided video and photos for the homes that I was unable to see in person. She must have done at least 8 homes before I was able to make a purchase. Choosing the best home possible for such an important and large purchase is not easy so having the right agent with patience and a taste of what you are looking for is significant. Shannen did a great job and made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her!
