We were referred to Randy and that was an excellent referral. When we first contacted him we were on the east coast. Randy was the exact professional we needed as our boots on the ground here in Utah. When I flew in to tour homes before making the final decision he clearly made me a priority and we saw all of the houses we needed to finalize our decision. He also has been available and responsive post move-in for questions we've had, such as vendor recommendations.

Randy and his team helped us buy our first home with a VA loan, so they had some extra hoops to jump through to help us find one that meets some stringent VA requirements. They were excellent, prompt, knowledgeable, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else! With cooperation from our lender, we were able to close in 6 days! Randy and his team were so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process and they really handled everything they could so that the process was as easy for us as possible.
