The Kelton Apartments

Living at The Kelton has truly been such a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I’ve been here since February, and everything about this place has felt easy, warm, and welcoming. Jett and Olivia have been absolutely amazing through it all—always so kind, so helpful, and so genuine in everything they do. And of course, their little office helper Bella adds the sweetest touch every time you walk in. The maintenance team deserves so much credit too—they’re quick, efficient, and always friendly, which makes such a huge difference in feeling at home. Overall, I can honestly say I love living here. This community, the people, ..it all feels like a place built with care. I’m truly grateful to call The Kelton home. 💛✨

I have lived here since May and I absolutely love it. The management is incredible, the location is so convenient, the floor plans and interior is absolutely gorgeous designs. Very dog friendly as well. I'll live here til u buy my house, I love The Kelton Apartments so much.

Ken is very fast at responding and quick to get the job done! He is very good at his job. Polite and respectful to everyone even your pet(s)

I recently moved into these apartments and overall the experience has been very good. The management was quick to resolve the maintenance issues I had when I first moved in, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that sometimes parking can be limited, but aside from that, I’ve been happy living here. Looking forward to have the hot tub working so we can enjoy the cold weather

Lived here for 15 months. Police are constantly there in the morning. Someone was knifed in the parking lot. Incredibly unsafe and people have had their vehicles broken into. Like everyone else said bugs are everywhere all times of the year. Major spider problems. They only do 1 buildings pest removal every other month and you can't increase it. When I moved out I deep cleaned everything and it was 100% better than when I moved in. Like deep deep cleaned. Oven, fridge, baseboards, floor. They still charged 75 for paint touch up, 45 dollars for carpet clean, (there is 10 square feet in a 1 bedroom apartment) and 150 for full cleaning which I know they didn't do any of those items. They steal your deposit. Don't live there.
