Arive homes was very easy to work with. We had an excellent agent, Zach, who help us secure the time we needed to buy our dream home. The home has beautiful upgrades and has a convenient flow through floor plan that makes very easy living. Thank you Zach and Arive Homes.

I waited to write this review until I had exhausted every option. If you decide to build with Arive, be sure to inspect every inch of your foundation—literally every inch. During our walk-through, the basement foundation walls were covered with insulation, so we couldn’t see potential issues. This ended up being a major problem later. During the concrete slab phase, they mismeasured and missed an entire section of our back patio. When they came back to correct it, their machinery hit our foundation and caused a crack (we found this out later because the foundation company say it happens often). The building experience with Arive was overall very good. Abby Fevold is amazing, and anyone who works with her will truly feel like family. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. However, we were told our neighborhood included a $2,500 rebate for finishing our yard within the first year. When we later followed up with both the city and Arive, we were told that this rebate was no longer offered. We pushed back for several months and provided screenshots from both Arive’s website and direct communication with Mindee referencing the rebate, but were ultimately told, “it is what it is.” Given the limited involvement I felt Mindee had throughout the overall building experience, I was disappointed that this was the one issue we advocated for and did not see her fight for on our b
