Parc on 5th Apartments & Townhomes

I love the maintenance crew. They keep the place nice, safe, clean, and very responsive to any maintenance request. They are always available and you see them around the place too, working—hard working crew. I appreciate having their team as part of the Parc on 5th crew. I also love the ladies in the front office. Always responsive. I live in a 3-bedroom 2.5-bath townhome, and I love it. I love that everything is convenient. Lots of restaurants right up front for weekend nights. It's almost a city life. lol It makes a big difference to have a good management team. One minor concern is that the pool and entertainment area are too small for such a big place. We should expand. UPDATE: 3/15/2024 Move Out Issues With Parc on 5th Apartments (See photos of how I left apartment on move out day. and Parc on 5th management insisted they needed to charge me $80 for touch up paint and cleaning) after already charging a mandatory $105 for carpet cleaning in one room. To all future tenants, do not move to Parc on 5th. They will Nickel and Dime you on move out and try and keep as much of your security deposit as possible. When I moved into my apartment back in March 2023 my apartment had scuffs on the corners of walls, scuffs on my front door, scrapes on floors in the kitchen, scuffs on the front door, black finger prints on shower wall, and purple marker inside of my dryer from a previous tenant. Reminds me lot of my current apartment complex Parc View. Makes sense considering it's with the same company. I do, however, prefer the gym over at Parc on 5th as it is a lot bigger than the one here! Also, love the aesthetics of all Wasatch homes/apartments. They always feel so cozy, inviting, and secure. It's also in a really nice location surrounded by many good places to eat! Nummers 🤤 (sorry I couldn't resist. Blame my girlfriend she's the one who got me saying stuff like that. I take no responsibility for my actions. Sorry not sorry). Anyway, this complex has everything you would need, is in a good environment, and has really nice staff. What more could you ask for? I had an exceptional experience with this apartment complex! My family and I were in a bit of a bind and needed to move quickly, but the management team went above and beyond to help us. After applying, they managed to get everything processed and ready for us to move in within just two days. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. ESPECIALLY AMBERLYN who made what could have been a stressful situation seamless and easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. We couldn't be more grateful for how smoothly everything went, and we highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!

We currently live in their 2 bed, 2.5bath town homes. The townhome is nice, clean. It comes with a wash/dryer. The layout of the floor makes sense and is pretty open. It's right in front of the dog park which seems nice. But it does get old very fast. They require you to pick their mandatory security/internet package which is about $100. That include a ring like doorbell, which records anyone walking by or ring the doorball. (Which is nice). The internet is nice, IF you are WIRED to it... WIFI? Absolutely garbage. Dont even rely on it if you're trying to hook a laptop or computer to it.. It's fine if your TV is hooked to it or phone.... Pros: -Unit is perfect size for our family of 3. -GYM room has a all glass room for kids to play/watch movies. -Mail room right next to the office. -AMAZ
