Vista At Rocky Fork Apartments

Hello everyone, I am writing this review because of my moving experience with this complex. The pictures I've attached below are the conditions that the apartment was In when moving in! I was shown a model apartment, which this one looks nothing alike in comparison. When moving in, I was asked to do the damage form, but there was so much wrong with it I felt it wasn't my responsibility to tell the office everything that was wrong, especially when I was told they have someone come in and inspect it. Some things have been fixed, but not very well. I paid my prorated rent and this current month's rent, so I've done my part.

The Vista Maintenance department is very responsive to residents needs. I want to send a big thank you to the Maintenance crew for helping me by shoveling my sidewalk! I feel much safer getting out after a snow storm.

I lived at Vista at Rocky Fork for over two years and had a wonderful experience. The community is clean, welcoming, and well cared for, and the maintenance team is quick, professional, and kind. Most of all, Ms. Lesley Cramer is an outstanding property manager—her professionalism and genuine care make residents feel truly valued. Even when I had to move before my lease ended, I was treated with compassion and respect. Highly recommend this community!

Lived here for 6 months and were forced to move because of renovations/unsafe foundation. Now I hear theyre raising rates and trying to force other people to move out. Wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Ps if you live on lower floors you can hear plumbing of above apartments.

I,m so thankful to receive the type customer service I have received at the vista.and Sara J has been a lifeline to get thru my application process and Imani made me feel cared for and she helped me so much.
