The Huntley At Gahanna Apartments

I rented for ~18 months Pros: -The proximity to Creekside makes this a great location -Maintenance is responsive and helpful -Probably more sound-proof than most other apartment buildings you will find -All the staff I dealt with were great, especially Mitch and Victoria in the leasing office. Cons: Only reason this isn't a 5-star review is you will not get your entire security deposit back. I left my apartment in as close to the condition in which I inherited it as you can get, and was still charged $400 in bogus fees. This was a bit scummy and left a bad taste in my mouth, but was the only real negative.

Great location near Creekside. When I moved in earlier this month, the apartment was clean and freshly painted. No maintenance issues. Nice neighbors. Mitch and his management team are great and have quickly responded anytime I’ve contacted them.

I lived here almost three years. My experience has been mostly pleasant. The area was perfect at first for me. It's quite and in close proximity to creekside and a ton of parks. The maintenance staff was friendly and responsive.

Been living here almost 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasant. The area is safe and enjoyable with multiple outlets to visit. The apartment staff is attentive to our requests and Mitch has answered my call right away or has called me back in a timely manner when requested.

I started renting from Big Sky Ohio in May. I came from a pretty bad apartment maintenance/management complex. From the beginning Mitch and the maintence crew who showed me the apartment were beyond kind and informative. Being in the apartment 5 months later I still love the space, location, and property management. I did have my water heater give out on me back in August, but within 5 mins of placing my order, on site, live in complex maintence was knocking on my door. Mitch even made sure to email me, keep me up to date and it was replaced within a day. The way they updated these apartments are beautiful, my neighbors are all very kind and friendly. Best apartment I have ever rented and I can see myself living here for a long time to come.
