Honestly, this has been the best move-in experience we’ve had in our 10 years of renting! Rachel is truly one of the best property managers we’ve ever worked with. Her energy is amazing, and she treats everyone as if they’re her closest friend. We really appreciate how organized everything is — maintenance requests are simple to submit through the provided template, and communication is always prompt and clear. We also love the community events; they make this place feel like so much more than just an apartment complex. The neighbors are fantastic, and we’ve even made a few friends over the years. My wife and I have lived at The Parc for over 2 years now and we could not imagine leaving. Our 2 bdrm 2 bath is huge with more closet space then we know what to do with ! Pet friendly with excellent pet owners who always clean up after their dogs. The courtyards and grounds are well maintained with lots of greenery and flowers. The staff is lights out friendly , anytime we see them they are always quick with a smile and warm greeting. The clubhouse area has free coffee and tea with a popcorn machine ! The gym has everything you could ask for in equipment including free weights. The gym is also well maintained and somehow is always spotless. I recently started apartment hunting and stumbled across 'The Parc apartments. Rachel who works at the office was so helpful and pleasure to speak with. I visited the property last week for a viewing and Rachel was so accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. The community is a gated property and is family friendly . The resort style pool and gym were an added bonus. The best part was the spacious, clean and modern look of the apartment. I'm so happy to have found The Parc and look forward to making this community my new home in the future. Thank you Rachel for all your assistance throughout this process.

The Parc was my first choice when I downsized into an apartment. Rachel worked with me through every step. I really enjoy having a quiet, spacious and secure place to live with all the necessary amenities, in a convenient Gahanna location. The leasing office has been responsive to any issue and looks after its residents.

This review is not to bash the properties that LBC Property Mangement has but I wanted to be honest about the property management itself. LBC Property Management is very money hungry; I had only lived in one of their properties for not even a year yet and they raised my rent up to $150 which baffled me since nothing on the property or the apartment itself hasn't been renovated or upgraded. The gym at one of the properties is very lack luster, the security gate has been broken for months. The LBC Property Management lied stated that someone has been onsite everyday trying to fix the gate, which was a lie. The apartments itself are very lack luster, the walls are extremely thin, the cabinets in my bathroom are two different colors, I have had electric issues since I started living in the apa
