My sister moved her last year, she is disabled. The property was to install a ramp for her but never did, instead they put a made at home ramp for temporary use. It looked ok but isn't very sturdy as we await our 'requested by our doctor ramp" My sister had a horrible fall and had to be rushed to the ER, this fall moved te cage around her spine and she is in pain. Luckily she has insurance. Only 2 stars for us.

Me and my wife lived here for 2 plus years. They don’t maintain the grass well at all and when they do they blow it all over your front door to track it in your house. All of the windows were busted and only one window would stay open. Most of the windows that have screens had holes and were busted up. When we moved in we had to do a full deep clean because they left spackling dust and paint all over the cabinets and floors. Also if you do move in make sure you really secure your vehicles. I had a lot of belongings stolen from my truck and off of my truck. Thankfully We just moved out this past August and they charged us over 200$ to paint walls and carpet clean. Me and my wife are not messy people by no means. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is cheap until you move out then

We love it here. Before Corey came in and became the property manager, and before Tara came in as maintenance, it was a mess and the communication was everywhere. Corey and Tara have really changed the whole game for us and made everything so much more comfortable. We had been living here for over a year when he stepped in but he made us feel like we were still just as important and made sure to introduce himself, send updates that we never got before, and Tara has even been coming out to help repair things the previous management left as unfinished tasks. Truly a sweetheart, she even saw one of my service requests during the summer and even though it wasn't at a point for emergency maintenance, she still came by on her weekend to fix it for us.

I've been a resident here for 10 years. EXCELLENT location, EXTREMLY friendly maintenance and staff. EXCEPTIONAL neighborhood to raise children (my child has grown up in this community). Corey at the leasing office has been the most communicative and professional property manager I have dealt with in my apartment living years. Kudos to the Commons!

I really enjoyed staying in Gahanna. The apartments are nice and very well maintained. Jessica is the woman that takes care of everything. If I ever move back to Ohio I will definitely try and get my apartment back .
