I had an on going problem with multiple accounts, not finding all on line, and their status being, without my knowledge, tagged as inactive or dormant. Having been on the phone with multiple employees and going to another branch to fill out paper work to solve the problems, I found out all these efforts were apparently for naught. Calling WILL at Gahanna led to me being invited to come in person to try to resolve issues. He spent a lot of time on the issues and was patient and determined to solve the problems, both now and in the future. And we finally did!
