I thought I bought a house from them they made me remodeling my house and it wasnt liveable and I made it liveable then they made me and my family homeless.

Had two queries/requests and they handled it in a timely fashion. Our association has had several projects since they took over and handled it very well. Can't speak for the other reviewers on here but I know that people at my condo complex are satisfied with their services.

Had a fire in my condo. Both the fire department and my insurance are unable to get them. I've been calling and calling, end even sent them an email multiple times. They have not gotten back to me once. I am essentially homeless at this point. I can't wait until I no longer need to deal with these thieves. They demand $400 a month, yet when you need them, they don't help you out at all.

If I could rate the company lower I WOULD!!! They are the WORST! They absolutely do NOT return calls of any kind! They rarely respond to emails!! Wish our condo community did not use them! WORST EVER
