Spark Bloomfield

Where shall I even begin?? from my first mtg w/Krystal to moving into my apt shortly thereafter, i have been continual impressed by the The Spark Management & Maintenance Teams. Krystal, Jem & Alex have been knowledgeable, flexible and just plain amazing! My answer when asked about my new location and apt, ‘I have died and gone to apartment heaven!’ Thank you all

One thing that I love about the Spark Bloomfield staff is that they will be punctual and try to resolve your issues as soon as possible. I have lived in other communities where maintenance is not a priority and I can confidently say that Spark always ensures that I am satisfied with any maintenance requests. On top of the fact that it’s a beautiful place the staff ensures to make it so.

My husband and I moved from our home in Florida to be near our two daughters here in Connecticut back in 2023. While one daughter lives in Glastonbury the other is 40 minutes north in Simsbury so we needed something that was close enough to both of them and thankfully Bloomfield is one of the most convenient locations in the area. Your a few minutes from everything, BlueBlack Square downtown West Hartford, all major highways and of course food shopping at The Big Y on main. From the moment we pulled up to the leasing office where we met Krystal we felt like family.My husband loved that we were situated on the Gillette Ridge golf course which is both beautiful and challenging and our apartment overlooked the 16th fairway. The neighborhood is full of wonderful people who may have been there

Just moved into my Spark Bloomfield apartment last week. Great experience so far. Had a minor issue with the washing machine, contacted Luis from the Maintenance Dept….and he was prompt with his appointment and fixed the issue quickly. Great guy !! Look forward to seeing him around the property .

Living in an apartment after 53 years in my home is a new experience so I am adjusting. The great thing about Spark is great and safe surroundings and whenever I need something taken care of, the maintenance crew are there for me and it is a good feeling.
