The Residences at Wash Brook Boutique Apartment Homes

We lived here for two wonderful years, and I can truly say it was an amazing place to call home. The management team was always attentive, kind, and quick to help with any needs we had. The property was always spotless and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable environment for our family. One of my little ones grew up here, and we’ve made so many beautiful memories. We’re only moving because our family is growing and we need a bit more space — otherwise, we’d love to stay. Thank you to everyone on the team for making our time here so special!

Bloomfield is clearly making a strong statement on who they want living in their town. There are way too many complexes like this going up.I guess those that can, will, and those who cannot, aren't privileged enough. I make good money and still can't afford these rents. Disgusting.

I just moved out of The Residences at Wash Brook after living there for two years. I was moving across the country and (long story short) needed a lease to sign ASAP. Latasha, the property manager, could not have been nicer, gave me a tour after I showed up there and stayed up late that very same night with me to get my lease signed and processed. She made me feel so welcome and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Wash Brook truly felt like a home. The apartment and amenities were luxurious, the staff was friendly and professional, maintenance was quick (Xavier is awesome), and the area is quiet (very thick walls) and peaceful. Lived there for a year. Great place. Quiet, clean, secure. Fantastic amenities including Starbucks coffee machine in lobby that’s included. Friendly attentive staff. Very clean. They clean it every day like a hotel. Felt like living in a hotel.

Latasha made my move a smooth transitions. These apartments are beautiful and luxurious! Everyone is amazing and it’s in a perfect quiet area.
