Dexter is the best!!! long story short I was with an agent for almost 4 years looking a house bid on multiple houses and never once my offer was accepted and her excuse was the New Yorker are coming in and biding more, I was so disappointed I almost lost hope. I can’t say enough nice things about Marilena. Not just as a real estate agent but also as a person. She was always available to help us and got answers to our questions right away. While we were looking we changed courses on what we wanted and she didn’t skip a beat changing the course with us. We had a very tight schedule and if she wasn’t available at the time one of her co-workers met us on our schedule. The whole process was very smooth.
