Tellus Bloom Apartments

Living at Tellus Bloom Apartments has been an incredible experience! From the moment we moved in, the management team have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive, making everything seamless. The apartment units are spacious and clean, but the amenities truly set this place apart – a fantastic gym, pool, business center, outdoor grilling areas, and a great common room for socializing. They also organize fun resident events. Neighbors are great. The best place to rent in the Greater Hartford area in my expierience.

Management’s handling of snow removal and assigned parking on January 29, 2026, was unprofessional and poorly coordinated. Their prior email stated that “no action is needed unless you are contacted directly” and advised leaving extra space near snowbanks “when possible,” which I followed. I received a call at 11:30 AM threatening immediate towing from my paid, assigned parking space and stating that I would have to bear the towing cost if the vehicle was not moved. I returned the call at 11:43 AM and 11:49 AM, explaining I could not leave work immediately and would move the vehicle during my lunch break at 12:15 PM. Management responded that if the vehicle was not moved by 12:15 PM, it would be towed, showing a failure to account for realistic travel time and work schedules. It appears t

At first glance, the complex and its units appear attractive during a quick walkthrough. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that construction and finishing were rushed — with visible paint streaks, chipped cabinets, and ongoing issues with appliances. Parking is another concern. Guests frequently speed through the lot and often occupy reserved spaces without consequence aside from a general message to the community and the possibility of being towed if the tow company arrives in time. Unfortunately, there are no security cameras on the exterior of the buildings, limiting management's ability to address these incidents. My own vehicle was backed into by someone illegally parked in a handicapped space, which also resulted in damage to my license plate as it was scraped off

I've been living at Tellus Bloom for little over a year, and while the units themselves are decent and the location is convenient, I'm disappointed with the lack of response  from management after someone within this community stole my package. My package was taken from the package room where only residents and employees have access to. I followed all the usual steps. Tracking showed it was delivered, but it never made it to me. I reported it to management, but the response felt minimal. The package room has a security camera, but I got a wishy-washy response saying they don’t recognize the person who took it. Great place to live from the helpful leasing staff, to the Maintenance guys and not to mention the plethora of resident activities. Love the Fitness center, business center, package room, clubhouse and can’t wait to experience the heated pool. Security cameras throughout, locked doors with Camera access. Upgraded luxury apartments. Top notch!! Five stars
