This is in regards to an agent, Sissy Black, and not the broker, Jason was very responsive and respectful. I contacted a listing agent about a property and heard nothing back for a few days, so I followed up only to be left without correspondence for a few more days. I decided to contact the broker, Jason Goodin, to see if he could relay my inquiry into the property to Ms. Black; which he did promptly. I still did not receive anything back from the agent until following up on the email I sent the broker. She quickly responded with a frustrated message saying she contacted me several times, in which I have no record. I nicely asked for her to address the questions in my original email, which she replied the property is already under contract for two weeks...the time of my original inquiry.

Jason Goodin is the absolute best (so is his wife, Debbie)! So far we have just purchased our new home with him and Jason was very attentive and responsive no matter what we needed. Jason is also very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things so that you understand before making a decision. In addition, Jason is very patient since we first contacted him before we were ready to start the buying process, he even responded to my initial corresopondence on Memorial Day weekend! We had reached out to a couple other realtors explaining where we were in the process only for it to fall on deaf ears. Jason however responded immediately and even invited us to a webinar that was very educational! Our next step will be to sell our previous residence and I am sure that will be a great expe

Jason and Debbie Goodin were the best agents we could’ve asked for! They had our home sold in 1 day with multiple offers. They both make you comfortable and are always available to answer any questions. The photographer they use and marketing strategies are amazing. So when I decided to sell my property, I did not hesitate to contact her, she started taking care of it, showing after showing and she never miss to update me about what is going on.
