The Westerly at Benn's Grant

We've been living here for coming up on 2 years, and highly recommend The Westerly apartments. The entire property is meticulously maintained as well as the units. The first month we were moved in, we had some maintenance issues and Todd took care of everything immediately. All the employees are an absolute pleasure to work with.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this apartment community. From the very beginning, the customer service from the leasing staff has been exceptional. I especially want to highlight Taliah, the Assistant Property Manager, and Ceirra, the Leasing Agent. Both were incredibly responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. They made everything seamless and efficient while maintaining consistent communication so I always knew what to expect. While the community is not centrally located within a city—which is typically my personal preference—it has truly been one of its greatest strengths. We currently reside at the Westerly and we just moved in. My fiancé is a very picky Navy man, and even he loves it here. Taliah helped us with the entire process. She was wonderful, patient, and very informative. I wasn’t too sure if we would get approved, but she made it happen for us. Our unit is a two bedroom, two bath on the second floor. The ceilings are nice and tall and everything is modernized. The pool is saltwater, the gym is clean, and the theater room is a bonus! We hope to enjoy our new home! Ask for Taliah if you’re looking to move, she is the assistant manager!

We just moved here over the weekend and we love it. The property is so well kept, unbelievably. The amenities are great. The views are great. We had 3 minor maintenance issues upon move in that were very quickly resolved. The apartment is gorgeous and high quality. The bathrooms are big. The bedrooms have ceiling fans (huge plus for me). The patios and balconies are very large. I love the apartment. I don’t plan on leaving any time soon. Very worth it!

They are nice until you signed. Maintenance team are excellent. The staff are far from excellent, they always say different prices, is like they don’t communicate between them. Valet trash most of time don’t even pick up your trash. Without any notice or authorization they did an inspection in my apartment for the blinds, they told me they going to replace it and cost $25 which is okay. Waited for it, never got replaced, once I move they decide to replace and charge me both because I was not living there no more. Also, they are charging me for a stain underneath the carpet that who knows was already like that when they installed, me or my family never drink or eat in the rooms so a heads up for who is about to sign, make sure you check carpet underneath for inspection purposes and for who
