Rachel was amazing! She took care of what we needed and answered all our questions. She updated me on the registration process and also helped me understand it! She was so friendly! If you need your boat titled this is the place to go!

When registering for the US Coast Guard I expected a long drawn out process with delayed results and hurdles. I am retired in the Philippines, I purchased my catamaran in Malaysia and she is home ported in Montana. I am quite pleased with the results. Rachel DeHoyos at Marine Documentations provided my Coast Guard certification in two and a half months. It was well worth the cost.

Rachel was very knowledgeable, understood the process well and satisfactorily performed the work required. Customer service was good, not exceptional as there was a minor hiccup and debate between Marine Documentations and our financial institution. That said, we would not hesitate to use this company/service again in the future. Fair price for the work performed and a good experience overall.

Rachel is amazing! She made the process so easy for us. There were some issues with the USCG and Rachel took the time to explain everything and provided direction on how to get it resolved. Will definitely be using her again in the future and recommend her and her company!
