Recently closed on a home where Rachel Beasley was the agent of whomever she represented. It was my first time purchasing and she and her team robbed me of an enjoyable experience, to say the least. Unresponsive throughout the process, attitude on 1000, and last but not least unprepared on the day of closing. While receiving an apology a week after closing after threatening to go to litigation, I still found holes in areas where it was her and her team's job to do better. Due to my experience with her, I know to do THOROUGH research on the agent assisting the seller now. Unfortunately, my next go-around will trigger an automatic no if her name is anywhere near the paperwork. "I'm so sorry for such a bad experience and I hope things get better"
