I mean.. you want to talk about a lousy operation. I assure you that if you live here you will have your fair share of headaches. I’ve got a whole laundry list of problems with place after 3 years of being under lease here. I’ll just caution this: do NOT pay her ANYTHING outside of an application or background check unless you’re SURE you’re moving in.
Property Manager is very helpful and friendly. Area is clean and friendly. Love the Smithfield energy with small town feel.
Very pleasant place to live. Apartment manager really friendly and goes beyond measures to exceed accommodations.
