VIP Homes

We love the home that VIP built, with any home there are flaws. So far most people from VIP have been great to work with. They have made to fix and correct anything in the house that needs fixed. I am giving VIP 4 stars because I have not had a great experience with Travis Senseman. He is rude and not helpful. Like with any builder you will have pros and cons when building the home. It did take a long time with delays on building the home. Some of that was due to shortage of building material etc.

We chose VIP to build our home and we are very happy with all phases of the building process. They are great to work with and build an excellent product. We had them build a complete custom on their lot and it was a excellent experience from start to finish. If you are looking to build a new home but the builders you look at wont let you make any tweaks to the floor plans, go see VIP and build it just how you want it. That is what sold us. Thanks VIP!

Outstanding quality built homes. You can't find another builder in the area with the same quality standard features included in each home for the same price. Great customer service. Russell's review is bogus. 2x6 construction is standard at VIP Homes as well as the best energy star ratings in the valley for insulation. All VIP homes have conditioned attics with insulation at the roof deck, which is very rare in the valley.

Loved our experience touring the model homes at the Yellow Rose Ranch location. The sales associate Sam Hewson was fantastic! He was so accommodating with our two little kids that were with us. He literally made us feel right at home. The homes were beautiful and such an awesome location!
