VIP Apartments

Here's the truth about living here. I spent a couple of years here. The good: large apartments, clean, good neighbors, and fast maintenance. The bad: terrible laundry facilities, heat/and cooling system barely works unless you want to pay a high electricity bill, the apts don't hold any heat (especially the bedroom), your car will be towed for any parking infraction with no warning, there can be glass and other hazards in the road, dumpsters don't keep out wildlife and garage is everywhere. I ended up getting mice in my car by parking by the fence which caused a lot of damage. These apartments aren't worth what they are charging. Don't be fooled by the nice office staff either. They actually don't care about their tenants.

As a tenant of a year and a half I highly recommend this complex. Rent is reasonable, office staff is helpful and friendly (especially Katie), maintenance is fast and respectful, and the apartments are well kept and cute. If you're looking for an affordable and safe place to live, VIP is your way to go.

I've lived here for over a year now and if I wasn't moving back to Texas, I'd definitely be staying here. Maintenance is incredibly quick and responsive. Never had a problem with any tenants, actually always had glaringly good experiences. I never leave reviews really, but I realized most places only receive a review if they have something negative to say, so I figured I'd actually give credit where it's due because I genuinely enjoyed living here.

I had such a great experience interacting with the VIP maintenance team. They are second to none. I love seeing the pride and dedication they have in their work and it shows off in the quality of the property.

I lived here for 6 years and loved it. The office people were always very helpful, and if you needed something fixed it would be fixed almost always the same day. The property is always kept clean and the pool is always well maintained (and tons of fun). The apartments themselves are spacious for what you pay. If i ever need to rent a place again i would come back here in a heart beat.
