River Trail Apartments

BEWARE do not live here, the landlord literally says that an AC is not required in the middle of summer when it’s in the unit and advertised. 2 months without an AC and maintenance requests. They expect you to not be irritated in sweltering heat? Also this place is bug infested, all the appliances have issues, and the complex is filthy. I could list more but they don’t care anyways and if you’re reading this, they only want your money. Why own a building if you can’t even keep up with repairs? You’ll be paying for basic amenities that don’t even work. Apparently I’m not the only tenant without an AC in the middle of summer too so what does that say about the management, they do not care simply as long as they’re getting their money. 2 months to fix an AC and they blame it on COVID. They gave us a chance and have been helping us ever since. They have newly remodeled units that are very spacious! They even let me and my family transfer from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom within a few months of us on lease there. Any time we actually needed maintenance they were very responsive and acted swiftly. Love it here so far.

I applied for an apartment in this complex and was denied based on RealPage (a data collection company) information. River Trail Homes uses Realpage data collection agency to determine if a tenant is approved or denied. The problem with this is that most of the information on RealPage is inaccurate, hence RealPage is currently in a active anti-trust Lawsuit with the Department Of Justice, filed 08/23/2024. Upon receiving the information from the leasing team staff member Gordana: I spoke with her on the phone to dispute the information found on the RealPage report. I asked Gordana what reporting agency did they obtain their information. Gordana circled around the question, therefore my mother asked if she could ask Gordana the question framed a different way. Gordana became extremely rude

I had an excellent experience with this rental management company. They have been incredibly accommodating, responsive, and professional throughout my time renting with them. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they were quick to provide solutions and support. Their commitment to ensuring a positive renting experience truly stands out. I highly recommend this company to anyone in search of reliable and trustworthy property management services.

Never live here. The new management is very poor they want only to get the money. They are not responding if you have any issue and they are making mistake in lease agreement on purpose to fool you and extend the lease term. They don’t cancel the contract even if you leave the apartment and they get the rent for all those months. Even if you find a new tenant to sublease, they will treat them badly so no one will sublease your apartment. Never ever try this apartment. They are managing few apartments, I will find out others as well and update here. Avoid any business with them. I’m going to let all Discover employees know about this and avoid this business as well.
