Lake+House Apartments

After living here for 3.5 years in the pet friendly building, Ive seen the lake, ive seen the house, I have yet to see the luxury. Amenities and accommodations over the years have been a constant inconsistent inconvenience. There are 3 pools, 2 outdoor, 1 indoor. Accessibility to these pools is often than not unavailable. Yes of course outdoor pools are not year round but the one pool that is, was inaccessible the majority of the past 3.5 years. I was sexually assulted by another resident who came his walk into the area just to grope me. And the cameras weren't working. The other two took turns being operational at times. All the people in the leasing office are nice. The process of applying for apartment was fairly easy. The place is clean. They have many amenities (2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, gym with many equipments, saunas, tennis courts, dog 🐩 park..).

My partner and I moved in here a week ago and we feel like we are in a dream! I am so grateful to Daniela and the management team for being so helpful, kind, and patient throughout the application and move in process. The amenities are awesome and the nature surrounding us is unreal- a creek, wooded forest, lake, bike paths, tons of wildlife, etc. We never thought we'd find a home like this without moving out to Colorado. So happy to be here :)

The accommodation I rent is simply awful. We have been living here for two months and have numerous problems. The washers with dryers are in terrible condition — they constantly break down. There is absolutely no hot water in the showers, making taking a shower a real challenge, especially in cold weather. The pools are very cold and completely unheated, which complicates their use even on hot days. Moreover, recently there have been insects appearing in the apartment, which is just horrifying. There are always issues with payment, which makes our stay here even more unpleasant. The complex itself shows very noticeable signs of aging: the infrastructure is worn out, the service is poor, and repairs are done with significant delays. This place is so beautiful... I cannot express how much I love it here. They have really nice apartments with decent appliances. The staff is also really nice and quick to respond. The overall environment is quiet and relaxed. My favorite part is all the wild life we see (turtles, ducks, birds, fish, frogs) and they are all very used to being around humans. They also have an apartment complex that is specifically for people with pets (there is a cute dog park right by it).
