RENTERS BEWARE Let me preface this by stating we moved in the first month or two they started leasing these apartments. This google review encompasses our experience over the past 2 years. First off, the apartments are cute, modern, and the grounds are well kept. The location is prime for shopping, eating and being close to Nashville. These are the ONLY pros of living here. Let’s start by saying the ceilings are paper thin. If you cannot afford to live on the fourth floor, I would advise you do not live here. The noise levels are like nothing I’ve ever experienced at an apartment. Many of the neighbors that live here are extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Our upstairs neighbors PACE the apartment nonstop from 10pm to 2am, then will wake up and PACE some more from 5:30am to 8am.

I would like to rate the facility and the admin team! The admin team is fantastic! All my inquiries and requests were attended to with warm smile. Maintenance team is really great! They respond fast within 24 hours, and they offer you the advice about better ways to address housekeeping concerns in sinks, HVAC, fire alarm system. The facility is fairly new so no trouble there. Apartment rules were fair. Some tenants really are free spirited and doesn't bother much to follow rules which can cause trouble for others, probably part of human nature. Overall, it's a nice play to live in.

I’ve only been here barely three months and i can confidently say i am not looking forward to the rest of the months i have here. If you don’t live on the fourth floor prepare yourself to always hear your neighbors. I’ve experienced nonstop noise at all hours from the people above and below me. i’ve sent multiple emails to the office and even contacted the courtesy officer multiple times(that’s how they deal with noise complaints) he’s only shown up once out of about 3-4 calls. nothing has been done about the noise and you would think for what you pay monthly you’d be able to live in your space peacefully but that’s most definitely not the case. every time i go to the office they are either closed or speaking to people they are trying to rent to…never dealing with existing residents. the m

I am extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing issues at this property and the lack of attention to basic standards: 1. Trash and Health Hazards – Hallways are frequently littered with trash, sometimes with maggots. Large furniture is being thrown into the trash compactor, causing repeated blockages. When this happens, piles of garbage sit around the compactor for days, creating an unacceptable health hazard. 2. Cabana Rental Failure – I rented a cabana for the specific purpose of watching the fights while enjoying the pool. The TV stopped working due to internet problems, rendering the rental useless and a complete waste of money. 3. Marijuana Odor in Common Areas – The smell of marijuana is often present in elevators and hallways. This is unprofessional, unpleasant, and unacceptable for gu

My daughter Valerie and I love living here. We moved up from Georgia to be close to family as my husband passed away. I especially like the friendly staff. I also like having to use a fob to enter the buildings making it safer for Valerie and I. Our apartment now feels like our home and we hope to live here a long time. There's more reasons I love it here but I've said enough' Bonnie Ziemba.
