Avoid this community if you can. The maintenance staff never completed service requests in full. Only bits and pieces. My tickets were often closed without addressing the issue. The dumpster area was consistently full of trash bags, furniture, and spoiled food. The compactor breaks often here. The breezeways of buildings stayed dirty throughout my lease with bird droppings, trash, and food. Despite multiple complaints, management ignored my concerns. Management tried to push me into a month to month lease after I gave a proper written notice to vacate. They even miscalculated my last month’s rent by $750. I had a great experience leasing my apartment here! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The leasing team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. They made sure I understood every step and kept me informed throughout the application and approval process.I worked with Aliea and Sharon and they were great!

Taylor Owens was super helpful, friendly and very informative and knowledgeable about the community and apartment units. She answered all our questions, even those that we didn’t even think of and that most people outside of property management would think to ask. She had such a great attitude and made the tour enjoyable yet informative. Great customer service and definitely a subject matter expert on the community.

My family has been living here for over a year now and of course every place has hiccups. Even though we didn’t see eye to eye All the time, Aliea has been wonderful with the billing aspect of our living. Taylor is an absolute pleasure to interact with every time. Kathleen did a great job with helping us find our unit and make this place our home! Sharon and Vaughn are really nice and always helpful, especially with the pool in the summer. And the two maintenance guys we usually deal with (Clint and Josh) are always FANTASTIC, timely, and efficient! Although we lack a playground, the environment is so calm and relaxed and the best part?… QUIET! Definitely recommend.

Taylor Owens was absolutely amazing. She was super supportive and always kept an amazing tone. When I called she answered. When we met her personality matched our phone interaction. If anyone needs help she is more than willing to do what she can to make your experience amazing! I have never met anyone that was super attentive to my needs and was overly considerate!
