Ridgemont Park Apartments

There are cracks running up the walls, which is clearly foundation damage, and the don’t replace carpet or baseboards. When I moved in in 2024, you could tell they painted over the piss stains in the master closet from a cat box. When I vacuumed FIRST DAY HERE, there was a cat whisker in the pail and I don’t have cats. We got dogs later and after more than 6 months of them being on the lease with papers showing they are service animals, Cristy tried to lie and say we never got approval and wanted to charge us over $300 in pet rent. Latasia did all of our lease renewal and had all of those papers in the system. Her boss however, is looking for any reason to get more money out of you, or throw you out and keep your deposit. There is no maintenance request access on the newest tenant system.

Latasia Hayes is always nice and very helpful to me. It's always so clean and it smells so good every time I walk in. She is a very bright and beautiful person.

I moved to this apartment about a year ago, and I must say that the lady that works the front desk is beyond amazing and sweet. She always communicate any and all information with me as needed in a timely manner. I enjoy being able to trust her and know that all my concerns will be taken care of. So far I'm extremely satisfied with my stay!

I do not recommend moving here maintenance and office Staff is completely terrible.Except Latasia she’s been great! But I have had mildew in my apartment for months and all they did was paint over it. Water also leaked through the walls and through the floor tiles and this problem has yet to be fixed and I’ve been saying that for over a year .The issue was never fixed still till this day. My wash and dryer has been broke for months and I was told that the, new people in charge of the complex refused to order a new one, but they steady going up on the rent. The pool wasn’t open all summer and neither has the gym. I’ve been back there for three years and since the new company has taken over the apartment complex service to the residence has been terrible. None of the issues and problems has

Latasia is an amazing and genuine person. The complex is decent and the fellow residents I’ve met are very nice. In addition the complex is very quiet, which means a lot when you’re up at 4am for work. If you’re looking for a hidden gem this is the place to go. Thank you latasia for all the help and work you do. It will not go unnoticed.
