Blakeney - Regent Homes

We bought a home with Regent 3 years ago and it has been a negative experience from day 1. The first week we were here the plumbing backed up. Apparently, they didn’t properly bed the ground and the pipes slanted, which means water runs the wrong way. The solution to that is to dig up the entire foyer floors and foundation to fix it. Their hardy board guys nailed through our condensation pipes and within two weeks of moving in our downstairs carpet was flooded. The only reason they replaced it was because Metro Carpets told them if they didn’t it would void our carpet warranty. The HVAC has leaked and been repaired every summer we’ve been here, including the time they had to cut through the primary BR walls to fix it. We love our home - theres always imperfection but it was repaired immediately with the help of their staff Paul and it was done quickly as possible.

Did a New Construction Tour of a townhome with my buyer. On-site agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great community and great location.
