Vetra Providence

I absolutely love my apartment! The new management has done an amazing job. The upgrades are beautiful, and adding a gym, dog park, and refreshed pool just makes it even better. The staff are so friendly and really care about the community. They host fun holiday events and make it feel like home. I’m truly grateful to call Vetra Providence my home.

From the time we walked through the doors to the time we had gotten the keys to the new apartment it has been the easiest experience I’ve ever had and the staff has been so kind we put in some work orders the first week and they were done the next day I seen that they have a grill by the office and I can not wait to use it as I love to be outside grilling all the time I look forward to living here in the future here are some pictures from move in day.

I love this development. Close to everything you need on Sam Ridley Pkwy. New ownership of this development. New upgrades clean also. New paint and wood fencing. We didn't lose power in 2026 during the ice storm thanks to the ownership cutting back all the trees, removing some too. They're in the middle of improvements, new cabinetry, granite stone countertops

Love the office staff!!! Such a blessing to see their smiling faces. The new management is making some necessary changes. The property looks great. Rent is going up but they are willing to work with you. Quiet and bug free!!! I enjoy living here.

I just wanted to say this place has been amazing to Live at I love the renovations they have done me and my kids and my husband have enjoyed living here since December. Kendra has also been amazing who got us into here before Christmas in December and she was absolutely amazing. The application process is super easy and everybody is so welcoming! The maintenance is also wonderful whenever you have a problem they’re right in here to fix it. I would totally recommend this place to live at.
