Villas at Cordova

I've been here 3 years and every since Fogelman took over October 2025, the changes they have made are awesome. The way they cleaned up the area around the trash dumpster is amazing. I can't wait to see the improvements for 2026. I really appreciate all the ladies in the front office

They cannot even clean a pool properly. Water is absolutely disgusting. Bugs, hair, and mystery green scum? No thank you. Couldn’t even take my daughter to swim on a beautiful June day. For what I pay in rent this water should be sparklinggggg. I didn’t realize it was so difficult to turn on a filter and dump chemicals in pool. It’s a beautiful complex and it’s a shame they don’t care enough to maintain the place. UPDATE: One year later and we are still seeing a nasty pool! Pool opened last week on Memorial Day and we have a lovely green pool filled with dirt and debris to enjoy. Hey, you can’t say they aren’t consistent in their lackluster efforts. At least one guy is enjoying it.

I moved in this week and I love my new apartment. Plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. It was quick and painless application and Miss Natasha the leasing agent is the best agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She works with you and makes sure you’re taken care of!

I have lived here for a while. I enjoy the location. When I initially moved here, the apartments and landscape were well kept. They were truly luxury apartments. In the years of being here, I have, and still do, enjoy the quietness. I never had any issues safety issues. However, over the years the quality has declined TREMENDOUSLY. It started when the complex was purchased by Westminster. The roads are horrible, residents have sheets up to the windows, blinds broken, and the garbage…..is absolutely ridiculous. I was excited when Fogelman purchased the complex. Looking at the other properties they manage, I was sure a change was coming for the better. I’m in the market for a new home and I have talked to several leasing agents, but none more friendly and knowledgeable than Miss Natasha at Villas Of Cordova. She answered all the questions that I had & was very helpful and understanding .
